Momiji, étudiante, ne peut plus rentrer chez elle suite à certaines circonstances. Elle était jusque là hébergée par une amie, mais lorsque cela n'est plus possible, elle explique sa situation à un collègue de son job étudiant, Futaba, qui lui propose alors de venir chez lui. Il est lugubre et pas très bavard, mais très gentil, elle décide donc d'accepter, alors qu'à bien y réfléchir, passer la nuit dans la chambre d'un homme seul à seul c'est un peu…. Son appartement se révèle spacieux et luxueux, quelle surprise ! Mais qui est-il vraiment au final ?
