Our Commitment to Copyright

Unsoon Cloud respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, and copyright holders. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

As a discovery platform, we do not host copyrighted content directly. Instead, we aggregate publicly available metadata and provide links to official sources where available. However, we take all copyright concerns seriously and will respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that any content available through Unsoon Cloud infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a takedown request.

To file a valid DMCA takedown request, please provide the following information:

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
  • Exact URL(s) or specific location(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our platform
  • Your complete contact information including full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

How to Submit Your Request

DMCA Takedown Requests

Please ensure your request includes all required information listed above. Incomplete requests may delay our ability to process your takedown request.

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown request, we will:

  • Review the request within 24-48 hours
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the request is valid
  • Notify the person who posted the content (if applicable)
  • Provide confirmation to the copyright holder once action has been taken

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also remove content from users who have received multiple valid DMCA takedown requests.
