In Okachimachi, a corner of Tokyo's downtown district, a group of girls hang out, getting dirty looks from passers-by, facing the harsh realities of the world and rarely having anything good happen to them. Nevertheless, Chamcham, Stella and Ozaki are having lots of fun everyday! Ignoring the rules of society is what they're all about.
