Hotoke no Adabana

A young man born deaf and mute, shunned by those around him and named 'Kegare' (Unclean). He's hired as a guard by a lady at a certain estate. The lady, who possesses a mysterious constitution, attempts to communicate with Kegare through sign language while telling him, "You may kill me."
