Lara, a girl from the "Clan of Memory," has made it her vocation to go to people who have died and collect their memories from when they were alive. A diverse life history. Diverse life outcomes. No two are the same and each has its own life. Lara becomes interested in the existence of humans, but her older sister Aridera, who is a singer in the "Clan of Memory", advises her to abide by her clan's rule that ``she must not interact directly with people.''
