Shingo is a young office worker recently engaged to his girlfriend. When she expresses the desire to meet his parents, Shingo becomes anxious — he has a rather unusual family secret. His “mother” is actually his biological father, who underwent gender-affirming surgery and later married a man, now Shingo’s stepfather. Together, they run a lively transvestite bar where all the performers are cross-dressers, including one who harbors romantic feelings for Shingo.
Desperate to keep this side of his life hidden from his fiancée and coworkers, Shingo is further burdened by a medical issue: he suffers from phimosis and needs to undergo circumcision before marriage. One of the bar’s performers recommends a discreet surgeon known for helping people in their circle.
To avoid suspicion, Shingo is disguised as a woman when leaving for the clinic. However, in the slang of the bar community, “circumcision” is a euphemism for “sex reassignment surgery.” The doctor misunderstands — and performs a full, irreversible sex change operation.
Shingo wakes up in a woman’s body. Now, forced to start a new life, she begins working as an office lady (OL) and continues her relationship with her fiancée — now as a lesbian couple.
