Monya is a shy little witch who lives alone deep in the forest in a mysterious world.
One day, a cheerful girl named Dorothy falls from the sky (along with her whole house).
Together with her dog, Toto, who talks like an old man, Dorothy and Monya set off for the Emerald City.
However, an unexpected fate awaits them there.
