The "Section 7" is a special division that handles "supernatural-related cases" that officially do not exist. A rookie police officer, Chiza Okido, is revealed to have a constitution that allows her to see ghosts and monsters, and by chance she stumbles upon a case being investigated by the "Section 7". The criminals the "Section 7" is pursuing are "possessed spirits" that possess humans and cause disasters.
