(Even So) Sinners Dance with Dragons

The story revolves around "jushiki", the spell equations governing the quantum constant "H", changing the laws of physics at local scale, giving birth to TNT explosives and poison gas, and causing incredible physical phenomena such as plasma and nuclear fusion. Two important "jushikishi" (spell equationists using jushiki in battle) are Gayus - who deals with bad luck tactfully - and the beautiful but cruel sword-wielder Gigina. These two bounty hunters end up caught in a battle with dragons from the city of Eridana and in the intrigue of great nations.
