Help Me, Teacher

I was suddenly diagnosed as an Omega. I didn't think it was serious, probably because I was ready to die.

But, what is this;;; Why did my 'thing' suddenly got smaller?!?!
Is it a side effect of the temporary prescription meds? Will it get better if I don't take the medicine?

The hospital is already closed at this time, and the only person I can trust is the School Nurse that I'm close to…
