Tetsuya Chiba Short Stories - Shojo Manga

A collection of two shojo short-serials and a one-shot from Tetsuya Chiba. Part of a three-volume short stories series, alongside a volume of his shonen work and his essay manga.

• Papa's Bride (パパのお嫁さん, Papa no Oyomesan) - Ekko (Etsuko) Nakajima is a feisty little girl who lives alone with her father. One day, after many struggles, one of her father's musical compositions get selected by the Japan Music Association. From there, many joys and sorrows present themselves before them as Ekko's father ascends in the world of music.
• Jambo Riko (ジャンボ・リコ) - Riko (Ritsuko) is the daughter of the head of a hospital situated in South Africa. When Riko's parents do not return from their search of crucial medicine, it's up to her and a colorful crew from around the world to search for them.
• Like the Wind (風のように, Kaze no You ni) - Chiba's last major shojo work, this recounts the story of a rambunctious boy from an beekeeping family, and the impact he makes on a rural mountain village.
