Cheat Kusushi wa Zamaa wo Kuwadatenai: Henkyou no Chi de Shinyakuzukuri ni Habandeiru node Anatatachi wo Aite ni Suru Hima nado Arimasen!

The protagonist, who worked as a pharmacist in Japan, is reincarnated in another world as Marianna, an apothecary attached to the Royal Court. However, she begins to question the sloppy medical system of her new environment; as a result of taking action for the sake of the patients, she incurs her superior’s resentment and is fired from the palace.

—"I shall do things my own way, then."

With a fresh outlook, Marianna relocates to the Margrave’s territory. Using her cheat-level compounding skills and pharmaceutical knowledge, she sets out to develop new medicines and overhaul the medical system! Alongside a handsome Margrave who—for some reason—has taken a liking to her and won’t let her go, and her fluffy, adorable spirit companion, Marianna produces one achievement after another.

Before long, medical care in the borderlands begins to evolve at an astonishing speed...!?
