Year 2017 of the Imperial Calendar.The Black Rebellion has shaken the very foundation of Area 11. Ever since, reverberations of that event could be felt, with anti-Britannian terrorism rising in activity. In response, Britannian princess Marrybell mel Britannia leverages the empire's overwhelming military might to establish the anti-terrorist unit "The Glinda Knights", lead by Oldrin "Oz" Zevon, pilot of the powerful Knightmare Frame Lancelot Grail. In addition to the manga, there is also a photo story/light novel that takes place simultaneous to the manga, focusing instead on the terrorist Orpheus "Oz" Zevon.
