After reawakening from a C-rank to the strongest A-rank Esper, Ha Jaeil is pushed to the brink by insomnia and unresolved trauma, unable to endure even the slightest touch. His only match is Seung-hyeon, an A-rank Guide with a 98 percent compatibility who comes from the lawless District 13 and lacks all formal guiding skills.
