Witch Monroe

One day, a woman identical to Marilyn Monroe introduces herself to the mangaka Shigeru Mizuki. She says she wants to be her assistant at Mizuki Production . What Mizuki doesn't know is that a woman's true identity is a witch whose goal is to assassinate government dignitaries and rule Japan.

Chofu police, who noted the coup plan, ordered Mizuki to defeat the witch, but it's too complicated for him because of Monroe's magical power.
