Night Adult Children

The story begins when Tanaka Futaro, who had been living in seclusion in the countryside of Nagano, comes to Tokyo. He is a genius pickpocket and a well-known thief in the underworld. After suffering a painful betrayal by his partner in a certain incident, Futaro had returned to an honest life, but he makes a comeback. He ends up staying with Hirai Heikichi, a fence who used to work with him, and begins to assess the criminals who gather at Hirai's coffee shop , "night," which is his ostensible business. There is Kuronuma , a lone wolf thief with outstanding physical skills; Maruyama Hiroko, who calls herself Enjoji Seika , and her partner Yasuda Mamoru , a former Self-Defense Force member nicknamed Andes , who mainly works as a honeytrap ; and Sakata Kazuya, a university student whose specialties are underwear theft, peeping, and hacking . They all know each other's secret lives. The only one who is unaware is Endo Yuri , a part-time waitress , who takes pity on Futaro's ruined life and even does the housework for him.
