Chrono Eyes Glancer

The story takes place five years after the end of Part 1. The purpose of "Eyes" is to monitor the flow of time. However, there are "time repairers" who remove the unjust pressure from a world altered by historical intervention by time criminals who have time-traveled. They don't just monitor; they are called Chrono Eyes Glansers, and their "gaze" is one that pierces evil!
