A middle-aged man with a dumb look is taken to Nougata Police Station for a minor assault case. The police underestimate him as just a drunk, but during questioning, the man asserts, "There will be an explosion in Akihabara at 10 o'clock." Immediately afterwards, an abandoned building in Akihabara explodes. Surely this man is the real deal? The man goes on to say nonchalantly, "There will be three explosions from here, and the next one will be in an hour."
