Youkai Hakase/Soutou no Kichigai Onna

Youkai Hakase was originally published in 1968 (Showa 43)—toward the end of the rental manga era—under the pen name Busaburou Ootsu by Top Publishing, and Soutou no Kichigai Onna, the brilliant first installment of Akebono Publishing’s Takerou Nishi S.F. Thriller series.

Featuring the supernatural battles of Dr. Youkai Limboreron and his monsters, as well as a sci-fi mystery thriller that’s unsettling from the title alone. A must-see two-story collection! Don’t miss it!
