The Alluring Tale of Mong-ryong

Mong-Ryong, a brilliant and stunningly handsome secret royal inspector in Joseon, is sent on his first mission with full confidence. But his destination? None other than Namwon, a region plagued by the notorious pervert governor, Byeon Hakdo.

While trying to expose corruption, Mong-Ryong finds himself in serious trouble—he’s about to be forced into serving the lustful governor. Just when things look dire, a strapping local official, I-Bang, catches his eye.Thinking quickly (and a bit shamelessly), Mong-Ryong grabs I-Bang and declares,

“Take responsibility! You’re the one who made me like this!”

If he’s going to fall into a man’s arms, he figures, he might as well choose the better-looking one.

What starts as a scheme to escape danger soon spirals into chaos, confusion, and unexpected sparks. Will this rookie inspector survive Namwon’s corruption… or lose his heart in the process?
