Imoutotachi wo Haramasenai to Derarenai Mura

Once again, the brother and sister have been ordered to force themselves to have children as part of the government's measures to combat the declining birthrate...but this time it's three! But will they only impregnate one? However, to his sisters, their brother was nothing more than a errand boy, and there was no way that atmosphere could possibly exist... The older brother, who had been mistreated by his younger sisters for so many years, finally reached his breaking point. The long-standing power balance between the three was broken by the overwhelming power of the male penis. It collapses so easily... Which of the two sisters will you impregnate?
