Married wife A and son's friend N-kun

Akina Sugimoto has lived a fairly normal life, married to a loving husband and mother to a wonderful son. But her past catches up with her in the worst way imaginable when her son's friend, Nao Saitou, finds an old DVD from the days that Akina briefly worked as an Adult Video (AV) actress.

With Nao threatening to reveal her well-kept secret, which would shatter the happy family she has worked so hard to create, Akina reluctantly agrees to be Nao's exclusive AV star for an entire week!

Hitozuma A-san to Musuko no Yuujin N-kun follows Akina as she tries to keep up with Nao's sexual whims, while trying to maintain the façade of a happy housewife.
