Apartment Complex Tomoo

Story is about Tomoo, a kid in grade school who lives in a Danchi (hi-rise apartment building complex) with his friends. He gets into trouble a lot and is dumb, whiny, etc. All about his misadventures at school and with the people in the Danchi, and being a kid in Japan in general.
