Inkya na Tomiko-san wa Kyou mo Kiss wo suru

Nozomi Mukosaka, a super positive guy who lost his house by chance, asks Tomiko Aurido, a shady landlord of a very cheap apartment, to let him live there. However, it was a “cursed apartment” famous in the neighborhood. Nozomi immediately falls under the curse, but the only way to break the spell is with a kiss from Tomiko. The rent is an unbelievable 30,000 yen, and the apartment comes with furniture, appliances, cursed items, and even a kiss from the landlord!

This is a slapstick love comedy set in an apartment with a lot of bad luck!
