Matsuri Momozono is the owner of a Fufuhanten restaurant in Chinatown. Her mother was deceived by a bad person, got into a lot of debt, and disappeared, leaving her precious restaurant in danger of being seized. Determined to take back the large sum of money from those who deceived her mother, Matsuri follows her mother's last words and visits Seiichi Mikado, a psychology lecturer at an university. However, Seiichi is far from the image of a "skilled conman" that Matsuri had in mind.
