Killer Goldfish

A spoiled detective of the "Elite Team" and a fearless female detective of the "Supernatural Phenomenon Countermeasure Section" form an uneven buddy team to get to the bottom of a mysterious series of murders that are rumored to be caused by a curse on goldfish. As they track down the goldfish, it becomes clear that a psychic group is behind the murders.
